CNN's John King Insinuates Voter Fraud in Indiana

I'm watching CNN's live results here for the Indiana vote, and John King and Wolf Blitzer are stating live on the air that the results in northwestern Indiana, where Obama just jumped out to a huge lead with 30% of the county reporting, is questionable because it took them so long to report results.
They have said about three times that the Clinton camp is going to question the results of the county because it took so long to report the results, and mentioned that it was reminiscent of the kind of 'old style Chicago politics' where the vote was held back to be fixed when they figured out how much they would need to do so. It's not a literal quote, because I don't have a tape recorder or a DVR, but amazing for what it says.
They also talked about the mayor of Gary, Indiana being a HUGE Obama supporter, and saying that if there was to be an upset, it would be in his town, right on the heels of the Chicago politics line.
And just now, Larry King said it too. Damn that gremlin.
Are we seriously bridging the gap from saying some areas don't count to saying that because Obama won and he had a huge supporter in the area, it's outright fraud?
Fucking unbelievable.
UPDATED: Tom McDermott, the Mayor of Hammond, Indiana is now also stating the same, that he delivered his results 'hours ago' and now him and Wolf are having a discussion about just why it took them so long to get the results to the media. I guess this is the new tactic.
